What to expect

Getting started is simpler than it feels

Three gentle steps — no waiting rooms full of forms, no pressure to have the right words.

  1. Initial consultation

A relaxed conversation to ask questions, share what brings you to therapy, and see whether it feels like a good fit. Become more aware of presenting struggles and identify best services to help.

  2. Intake session

We take time to get to know you: your history, what's been feeling difficult, and what you're hoping for. Together we begin shaping what the work will look like to best meet your needs.

  3. Ongoing therapy

Sessions continue at a rhythm that works for you. Over time, the work deepens — building understanding, trying new ways of responding, and noticing what changes.

Ready when you are.

Complete the appointment request form, and we'll use the information you provide to help determine next steps and scheduling.
